Task

The design of a tourist information center building by integrating it into a slope

Solution

The designed single-storey building is a continuation of the existing slope. The building serves as a ramp providing access to an exploitable roof, where a public space is created by installing a wooden terrace overlooking the town. The minimalist architectural expression emphasizes the clean and laconic silhouette of the building, which is organically integrated into the natural environment. In the interior functional scheme the public part of the building (the customer service hall) and administrative facilities are clearly distinguished.
