Built-to-suit warehouse with administrative premises

Solution

The logistics terminal has been designed according to the brief of the building’s user – the logistics company DHL. The building is located on a 3.3 ha site next to Vilnius Airport.
The architectural look of the building is in line with DHL’s concept.
The total area of the building is ~4500 m². The building consists of two volumes. The block closer to the street is a two-floor part of the building for the administration and visitors. The other part is a single-floor part of the building dedicated to cargo distribution (premises for the main terminal). The loading bays are functionally linked to this part of the building and are intended for the servicing of cargo vans (42 spaces). 8 loading bays have been designed for heavy vehicles.
