Task

Preparation of the technical work project of major repairs of the commercial purpose building.

Solution

The major repairs of the building are performed.
The context of the historical part of the city – the New Town is taken into account during shaping of the facades of the building. It is strived that the building would harmonise with the urban environment of the central part of the city and improve the visual quality of the immediate environment. Exterior decoration materials are selected using composed colours – brown and black. The showcases, arrangement of the facade decoration panels and decorative lighting elements reduce the scale of the building. The volume of the building is not changed, the interior accent of the building‘s author – the atrium is preserved, the constructions are strengthened.
