Trade-warehousing-office premises adapted for rent

Objective

To design in accordance with the STOC principle (retail-warehouse-office space for rent). The land is located on Ukmergės St. close to Vilnius. The buildings have an A++ energy performance class.

Solution

The design includes 2 commercial buildings with warehousing and retail space on the ground floor and office space on the mezzanine. 37 property units (blocks) have been formed. The buildings have a total floor area of 8000 m2 and 9500 m2. The visual of the buildings is presentable, with plenty of natural light within the premises.
