Car showroom with workshop

Objective

To design a ~3700 m2 heavy vehicle service centre, including a service reception, a sales hall, a warehouse and a workshop with service facilities.

Solution

The layout of the site will be designed to allow heavy vehicles to circle around the prospective building.
The building will be single storey with mezzanine and basement levels and an operational roof. The mezzanine level will be used for the vent chambers and the basement level – for the terminals. The layout of the building may be divided into the main workshop, the fast-service workshop and the administrative block. The volume of the building will be designed so as to equalise the height of the different spaces.
