Solution

The location of the apartment building is in Šnipiškės, between Veprių St. and Kernavės St. The positioning of the streets on both longitudinal sides of the building especially influenced the architectural look of the building. The building design is stepped to avoid direct views of the street. This gives a certain liveliness and movement to the form of the building.
The building has 5 floors, with a total floor area of ~3600 m² for the apartments and ~360 m² for the office space. The number of apartments – 20.
